OPENING TIMES
Tuesday to Saturday
9.30am - 4.30pm
The Orchard Room serves good coffee, delicious lunches and afternoon teas on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays
Please note we hold a number of Special Open Days (no entry fee) throughout the year

The Nursery Team
Roger, Sue, Jan, Jen and Sheree are all happy to share their expertise with nursery visitors.
We aim to always have someone on hand who can give you expert advice. They also look after the chickens.
Brenda is in the office Monday to Friday for administrative queries and much more!
Teresa and Roger are also in the office some of the time.
Teresa, Julia, Della, Jo and Tina cook and serve in The Orchard Room - calling in extra help when necessary.
Milly helps cook and serve on Saturdays and Franny and Abigail help out too.
We have three students who work on the nursery on Saturdays - Sam, Matt and Chris.
Dora, our chocolate lab, is supposed to be our 'meeter and greeter' but sometimes she is busy snoozing.........
As you can see we have a fantastic flexible multitasking team!

Situated in the heart of the nursery is our stunning Orchard Room. It overlooks the orchard and has views of the gardens. The Orchard Room is open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays for good coffee, delicious lunches and afternoon teas. All our food is home made using seasonal local produce whenever possible. We are working towards growing most of our own salad, vegetables and fruit.
We change our menu weekly. Generally we cook three main dishes as well as making soup. Additionally there are some regular savoury dishes and sandwiches and salads. Sweet and savoury scones are baked as well as a tempting array of homemade cakes and puddings. As well as tea, coffee and chocolate we serve a range of soft drinks including homemade lemon and ginger refresher and our own apple juice. We are not licensed, but are happy for you to bring along your own alcohol, subject to a small corkage charge.
We are warm and cosy in Winter and use air conditioning, if necessary, in the summer.
