Plants will be despatched by 24 hour courier delivery.
We send out plants throughout the year (except high summer) and endeavour to mail orders promptly, but not all plants are available, or suitable to send out at all times of the year. RHS Chelsea orders and those made around May/June are generally despatched late autumn (Sept/Oct). If there is a delay before your plants are to be despatched, we will notify you by telephone or email.
For Galanthus orders, bulbs are generally despatched via Royal Mail from mid February onwards unless otherwise specified. Orders are usually dispatched within 10 working days.
Plants and bulbs will be despatched in good condition. We experience few problems, but if your parcel does arrive damaged or incomplete, please notify us immediately. Any complaint will be dealt with promptly and considerately. Any plant/bulb arriving damaged can be replaced or refunded if you notify us within 7 days of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with your order please return it to us inside the box it was dispatched in, within 5 working days for a full refund.
