WINTER ROSE PRUNING FRIDAY 24TH FEBRUARY 2023

Roger Harvey will guide attendees on how to prune roses (including giving advice on climbers/ramblers) to maintain shape and vigour.

No prior knowledge is required as Roger will guide you through the process of pruning. Attendees should bring their own secateurs and loppers if possible as this will be a hands on event.

Waterproof and warm clothing is advised.

£30.00 for RHS Members

£40.00 for Non RHS Members

including light refreshments which will be provided at approximately 11.30am

APPLE TREE WINTER PRUNING COURSE FRIDAY 2ND DECEMBER/SATURDAY 3RD DECEMBER 2022

Come and visit our nursery for our ‘Apple Tree Winter Pruning Days’  10am – 1pm on Friday the 2nd December and Saturday the 3rd 2022.

This will show you how to prune overgrown apple trees. Our trees were planted in 1972 and have had minimal attention since 2000. Attendees are welcome to participate with guidance from Roger Harvey who has cultivated fruit trees for over 30 years.

By the end of the course the attendees will have the confidence to prune their own apple and pear trees.

This is an outdoor event so warm, waterproof clothing is advised.
Please bring own equipment if available (some secateurs and loppers will be provided.)

RHS Members: £30.00
Non-members: £40.00

CELEBRATION OF SNOWDROPS EVENT SATURDAY 21 JANUARY 2023 11.30am- 2.30pm

Our popular event will be the first of the season. Back to the spacious Norton Village Hall with ample car parking.

There will be 6/8 other sellers of rare snowdrops from all over the country. Many of the sellers (eg Glen Chantry, Michael Broadhurst) do not sell by mail order at this time of year, and so this is a good chance to obtain the rarest of snowdrops.

Celebration of Snowdrops Event

Our Celebration Of Snowdrops Event at Norton Village Hall.

Our snowdrop day last Saturday (22nd January 20220) was really well attended.

Thank you to all our customers who came to the event to make it so successful .

The Stall holders were all very happy with their sales too.

This event will be held again next year on Saturday 21st January 2023 at the same venue.

Celebration of Snowdrops Event Saturday 22nd January 2022

We are definitely going ahead with our snowdrop event on Saturday at Norton village hall.

We will make sure there is good ventilation. Please make sure you bring your mask.

We will limit the initial rush to 50 people. Then monitor thereafter.

We are looking forward to seeing everybody at our Snowdrop Event this Saturday.

Refreshments will be available as usual inside the hall in a separate room.
