Bulbs are generally despatched via Royal Mail from mid December onwards unless otherwise specified. You should receive your order with 15 working days, if by this time your plants have not arrived, please contact us regarding your order.
Bulbs willl be despatched in good condition, wrapped in moss, inside a plastic bag with a label taped to it, identifying each bulb. These are then placed in cardboard boxes with plenty of packaging material to help protect them from any damage. We experience few problems, but if your parcel does arrive damaged or incomplete, please notify us immediately. Any complaint will be dealt with promptly and considerately. Any plant/bulb arriving damaged can be replaced or refunded if you notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Our postage and packaging charges reflect the cost of 1.) postage 2.) picking the snowdrops 3.) packing the snowdrops and 4.)the cost of the packaging materials and box. We take pride in how we pack and present ordered snowdrops, we hope this explains our charges.
